Federal Register: SEC Adopts Revisions to EDGAR Filer Manual
Revisions to the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual, and to the associated rule under Regulation S-T, were published in the Federal Register. The updated EDGAR Filer Manual and related rule amendments became effective on February 19, 2020.
The EDGAR system was upgraded on January 27, 2020.
