SEC Adopts Amendments to EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC amended the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual and related rules. The Filer Manual outlines the technical formatting required for electronic filings submitted through EDGAR. The revisions became effective as of November 5, 2018.
