SEC Adopts Revisions to EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC adopted revisions to the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual and the associated rule under Regulation S-T.

The EDGAR system was upgraded on September 30, 2019, and the changes to the manual and rule will go into effect upon publication in the Federal Register.
