SEC Adopts Revisions to EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC adopted revisions to the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual and the associated rule under Reg. S-T.

The changes went into effect on July 1, 2019.
