SEC Chair Paul Atkins appointed Jamie Selway as Director of the Division of Trading and Markets.
Mr. Selway comes to the agency from Sophron Advisors, bringing experience in market structure and electronic trading from roles at Sophron Advisors, ITG and Archipelago. He also served as board member at Protego Holdings, board chair at AllofUs Financial and Skew.
Acting Director of the Division of Trading and Markets, David Saltiel will step down as of July 4, 2025. Mr. Saltiel was named Acting Director of the Division of Trading and Markets in December 2024.
