SEC Director of the Division of Investment Management Steps Down

Natasha Vij Greiner will step down as Director of the Division of Investment Management, effective July 4, 2025.

Ms. Greiner was named Director of the Division of Investment Management in March 2024.

She served for 23 years, most recently as the Deputy Director of the Division of Examinations and as the National Associate Director of the Investment Adviser/Investment Company examination program.
