European Securities and Markets Authority June 20, 2012 ESMA is seeking comments on its proposed technical advice on possible delegated acts concerning the new Prospectus Directive. The consultation paper focuses on the proportionate disclosure regime to convertible/exchangeable debt securities. Comments should be submitted to ESMA by August 20, 2012.

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) released a consultation paper on its draft technical standards for regulation of OTC derivatives. The technical standards are now open for public comment through August 5, 2012.
