ESMA Consults on Prospectus Directive

ESMA is seeking comments on its proposed technical advice on possible delegated acts concerning the new Prospectus Directive. The consultation paper focuses on the proportionate disclosure regime to convertible/exchangeable debt securities.

Comments should be submitted to ESMA by August 20, 2012.
