SEC Updates EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC adopted amendments to Volume II of the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system ("EDGAR") Filer Manual under Reg. S-T ("EDGAR Filer Manual").

The Edgar Filer Manual was updated (i) to modify certain forms and form types to implement disclosure and submission requirements under the ‘"Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act", (ii) to more fully reflect new filing fee payment methods and elimination of check payments and (iii) to reflect "general functional enhancements" to the EDGAR system.

The EDGAR system was upgraded on June 21, 2022 and the changes went into effect on July 19, 2022.
