Effective Date Set for CFTC Swap Trade Execution Requirement Exemptions
Two new CFTC-approved exemptions from the requirement to execute certain swap types on a swap execution facility or a designated contract market were published in the Federal Register. (See previous coverage.) The exemptions will go into effect on March 15, 2021.
