SEC Appoints Deputy Chief Accountant

The SEC named Diana Stoltzfus to replace Marc Panucci as SEC Deputy Chief Accountant. As previously covered, Mr. Panucci announced that he will step down from his position at the end of August 2020.

Ms. Stoltzfus was previously a lead partner in the assurance practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
