SEC Deputy Chief Accountant to Step Down

SEC Deputy Chief Accountant Marc Panucci will step down from his position at the end of August 2020.

Mr. Panucci, who was appointed in 2016, led activities within the Office of the Chief Accountant's Professional Practice Group. He worked on Public Company Accounting Oversight Board initiatives, auditor independence issues, and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) requirements.
