CFTC Names New Director of Division of Market Oversight

CFTC Chair Heath P. Tarbert appointed Dorothy D. DeWitt to serve as Director of the Division of Market Oversight. Her predecessor, Amir R. Zaidi, is leaving the CFTC to work in the private sector.

Ms. DeWitt previously worked as Vice President of and General Counsel for Coinbase (a cryptocurrency company).
