SEC Asset Management Unit Co-Chief to Leave Agency

SEC Enforcement Division Asset Management Unit Co-Chief Anthony S. Kelly will leave the agency prior to December 1, 2018.

Mr. Kelly oversaw investigations and enforcement actions regarding a wide range of asset management-related issues, including the initiative to address fee and expense issues in the private fund industry and investigations that emerged following the Distribution-in-Guise Initiative.
