SEC Names New Co-Chief of Division of Asset Management

Anthony S. Kelly was named Co-Chief of the SEC Enforcement Division's Asset Management Unit, a position that he will share with Co-Chief Marshall Sprung.

Mr. Kelly joined the SEC in 2000 as a securities compliance examiner in the Broker-Dealer Group of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations and later served as staff attorney and senior counsel in the Enforcement Division. In May 2011, Mr. Kelly served as a special counsel in the Office of Trading Practices of the Division of Trading and Markets before rejoining the Enforcement Division in April 2012. He was promoted to Assistant Director in the Asset Management Unit in August 2012.
