MSRB Reminder: Series 50 Exam Deadline Approaching

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board ("MSRB") reminded municipal advisor firms that the firms' representatives must pass the Series 50 Exam no later than September 12, 2017. After that date, only individuals who have passed the Series 50 exam may engage in municipal advisory activities. More information on the Series 50 exam is available on the MSRB's FAQ Page.
