SEC OCIE Director to Leave Commission in February 2017
SEC Director of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations ("OCIE") Marc Wyatt will leave the Commission in February 2017. Mr. Wyatt joined the SEC in December 2012 as a senior specialized examiner and co-founded the Private Fund Unit within the OCIE.
