SEC Names Marc Wyatt Acting Director of Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations

The SEC announced that Marc Wyatt will serve as Acting Director of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations. He is to succeed Andrew Bowden, who announced that he will leave the SEC at the end of April.
