The CFTC will no longer hold the public meeting scheduled the be held TODAY, June 21, 2012. The meeting was originally intended to consider Proposed Interpretive Guidance on Cross-Border Application of Certain Swaps Provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) and Regulations thereunder, and a Proposal Regarding Phased Compliance for Foreign Swap Dealers.

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. ("CME") filed with the SEC a proposed rule change. The SEC is publishing this Notice and Order to solicit comments on the proposed rule change from interested persons and to approve the proposed rule change on an accelerated basis.
