The SEC is adopting revisions to the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval System ("EDGAR") Filer Manual and related rules to reflect updates to the EDGAR system. The revisions are being made primarily to implement the new Form 13F online application (see: Notice to EDGAR Form 13F Filers) and to support U.S. GAAP 2013 Taxonomy. The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") has issued its annual letter to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ("CFPB") on FTC enforcement and related activities regarding the Truth in Lending Act ("TILA"), Consumer Leasing Act ("CLA"), Electronic Fund Transfer Act ("EFTA"), and Equal Credit Opportunity Act ("ECOA"). The CFTC issued an Order filing and settling charges against MB Trading Futures Inc. ("MB Trading"), a registered Retail Foreign Exchange Dealer ("RFED") for failing to comply with minimum financial requirements for registered RFEDs and Futures Commission Merchants ("FCMs") that offer or engage in retail off-exchange foreign currency ("forex") transactions.
