SEC Commissioner Daniel M. Gallagher delivered remarks, which focused primarily on the municipal securities markets, at the 45th Annual Rocky Mountain Securities Conference in Denver, Colorado. The MFA submitted a comment letter to the UK's Financial Conduct Authority in response to the FCA's second consultation paper on implementation of the AIFMD.
