The ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees ("DC") voted to adopt rules that will set globally consistent minimum standards for the iconduct of DC member firms. The new rules are intended primarily to standardize decision-making across events and to minimize conflicts of interest in the making of decisions.

SEC Co-Chief of the Asset Management Unit of the Enforcement Division Julie M. Riewe will leave the SEC next month. Following Ms. Riewe's departure, Co-Chief Marshall Sprung will continue to lead the unit. During her time as co-chief, Ms. Riewe has been responsible for conducting investigations of investment advisers, investment companies and private funds.

The MSRB published the organization's 2015 Annual Report. The Report highlighted MSRB's ongoing efforts on investor protection, improved disclosure and new regulatory standards for municipal advisors.
