Co-Chief of Enforcement Division of the Asset Management Unit Leaves SEC

SEC Co-Chief of the Asset Management Unit of the Enforcement Division Julie M. Riewe will leave the SEC next month. Following Ms. Riewe's departure, Co-Chief Marshall Sprung will continue to lead the unit.

During her time as co-chief, Ms. Riewe has been responsible for conducting investigations of investment advisers, investment companies and private funds.
