FINRA Proposes Amendments to TRF Reporting Fees

FINRA proposed amendments to FINRA Rule 7620A (FINRA/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility Reporting Fees) in order to modify certain fees applicable to members that use the FINRA/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility (TRF).

FINRA specified that the proposed rule change would be effective immediately.
