Federal Register: CFTC Adopts Technical Corrections to Consumer Data Protection Rules
The CFTC final rule to make technical corrections to data privacy rules was published in the Federal Register. The final rule will go into effect on June 17, 2020.
As previously covered, the CFTC proposed amendments to CFTC Rule 160.30 to address an inadvertent deletion of certain language when the rule was amended in 2011.
