CFTC Chair Rostin Behnam Fills Key Staff Positions
CFTC Chair Rostin Behnam appointed CFTC staff members to serve new roles within the Commission.

Vincent McGonagle was named Director of the Division of Market Oversight; he previously served as Acting Director and Principal Deputy Director of the Division of Enforcement;

Ann Wright was named Director of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs; she served as Deputy Director of the Office since 2014;

Gretchen Lowe was named Acting Director of the Division of Enforcement; she previously served Acting Director of the Enforcement Division from 2013-2014;
In addition, CFTC Commissioner Caroline D. Pham made several appointments to her staff.
