Comment Deadline Set for Petition to Review FINRA CAT Rule Change Filing

Public statements in response to a petition to review a recently approved FINRA rule change are due by May 10, 2022.

As previously covered, Bond Dealers of America and one of its members requested that the SEC review FINRA's proposed amendments to modify FINRA Rule 4210 ("Margin Requirements") as to "Covered Agency Transactions." As a result of the SEC order granting the petition, the previous order approving FINRA's rule change is currently stayed.
