Effective Date Set for CFTC Amendments to Audit Trail, Financial Resources and CCO Requirements
A CFTC final rule to resolve operational issues faced by swap execution facilities ("SEFs") and their market participants as to audit trail data, financial resources and chief compliance officer requirements was published in the Federal Register. (See prior coverage.) The final rule will go into effect on May 12, 2021.
