SEC Adopts Updates to EDGAR Filer Manual

The SEC adopted amendments to Volume I and Volume II of the EDGAR Filer Manual under Reg. S-T ("EDGAR Filer Manual").

The amendments (i) clarify the definition of an "authorized individual" with respect to Form ID, (ii) implement changes set forth in EDGAR Release 22.4 and 22.4.1 and (iii) reflect minor software changes. In addition, the SEC made technical changes to incorporate the revisions by reference.

The changes went into effect on January 24, 2023.
