The CFTC named Paul G. Hayeck to be the Acting Director of the Division of Enforcement.
Mr. Hayeck previously served as a Deputy Director in the Division of Enforcement, where he helped lead the Division's enforcement program and directed the work of the Complex Fraud Task Force. He joined the CFTC 25 years ago after having previously worked for the FDIC and in private legal practice.
