PCAOB Appoints Acting General Counsel

The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ("PCAOB") appointed Connor Raso to be its Acting General Counsel.

Mr. Raso previously served as a PCAOB Deputy General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel, where he advised the Board on PCAOB programs and operations and assisted with OGC's management. He joined the PCAOB in 2022 and brings prior experience from the SEC and the CFPB. He also clerked on the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
