SEC to Host Conference on Trends in Asset Management
The SEC's Division of Investment Management will host a conference covering emerging trends in digital assets, registered funds and private markets. The conference is scheduled for June 5, 2025.
The agenda includes sessions focusing on the evolution of the 1940 Act, but more specifically, on digital assets and tokenization, product proliferation and innovation in registered funds, and retail access to private markets
On digital assets & tokenization, the panelists include:
