SEC Acting Chair Uyeda Names Senior Advisor

SEC Acting Chair Mark T. Uyeda named Natalia Díez Riggin as Senior Advisor and Acting Director of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs.  

In a statement, Mr. Uyeda noted Ms. Riggin's expertise "on capital formation and ensuring companies aren't impeded by ineffective regulation."

Ms. Riggins previously served as a Senior Professional Staff Member on the Senate Banking Committee.
