OCC Names Deputy Comptrollers for Large Bank Supervision

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency named Robert Barnes and Kevin Greenfield as Deputy Comptrollers for Large Bank Supervision.

Mr. Barnes currently serves as the Examiner-in-Charge of Bank of America. Mr. Barnes served as a National Bank Examiner for the OCC for more than 30 years including leadership positions on OCC Peer Review Work Groups and interagency efforts.

Mr. Greenfield has been the Acting Deputy Comptroller for Large Bank Supervision since August 2024. Previously, he served as a National Bank Examiner, Director for Bank Information Technology Policy and Deputy Comptroller for Operational Risk Policy. He also represented the OCC on several interagency groups.
