Effective and Compliance Dates Set for New Regulation of Private Fund Advisers
The SEC set an effective date of November 13, 2023 and outlined compliance dates for significant new regulation of private fund advisers under the Advisers Act (see prior coverage). An overview of the compliance dates in the Federal Register can be found here.
