OCC Revises Branch Closings Section of Comptroller Licensing Manual

The OCC revised the "Branch Closings" booklet of the Comptroller's Licensing Manual.

In the updated booklet the OCC provides guidance on filing and notice requirements for branch closings at national banks and federal savings associations. The updated booklet replaces the previous version that was published in June 2017 (see related coverage). In the revised booklet, the OCC (i) removes references to outdated guidance and updates references and (ii) incorporates a variety of minor amendments and corrections.
