Comment Deadline Set for Partial Amendment Clarifying the CAT Funding Model Proposal
The SEC requested comment on a partial amendment that would clarify the CAT NMS Plan proposal to implement a revised funding model for the consolidated audit trail ("Executed Share Model") and establish a new fee schedule. The proposed partial amendment was offered by the Consolidated Audit Trail ("CAT") Operating Committee. The partial amendment would, among other things, (i) amend the description of CAT fees related to prospective CAT costs, (ii) describe in detail the historical CAT Assessment in the CAT NMS Plan and (iii) make other changes to the description of the Executed Share Model.
Comments on the proposed partial amendment are due by December 23, 2022.
