Senator Toomey Urges ESG Ratings Firms to Respond to RFI

Senator Pat J. Toomey (R-PA) criticized six of the 12 ESG ratings firms from which he had requested information. He said that the firms either ignored his request or provided incomplete answers (see previous coverage).

In a letter to each of the deficient firms, Senator Toomey again requested that they provide information and preserve any related records and to respond to future requests in a more timely manner.
