SIFMA Executive Vice President and GC Ira Hammerman to Retire

SIFMA Executive Vice President and General Counsel Ira D. Hammerman will retire at the end of 2022.

Mr. Hammerman has served as SIFMA's General Counsel for the past 18 years. During this time, Mr. Hammerman oversaw SIFMA's legal and compliance related advocacy, to include comment letters, litigation and regulatory relationships.

A replacement for Mr. Hammerman has not yet been named.
