Effective Date Set for Final Rule to Limit Interconnectedness of Large Banks
A Federal Reserve Board, OCC and FDIC joint final rule that will limit the interconnectedness of large banks and reduce systemic risk was published in the Federal Register. As previously covered, the final rule will go into effect on April 1, 2021.
