SEC Names Managing Executive of Division of Examinations

The SEC named Charles Koretke to serve as Managing Executive of the Division of Examinations (the "Division").

In this role, Mr. Koretke will be responsible for managing and leading the Division's business operations in the areas of (i) human capital, (ii) examiner training and development, (iii) budget formulation and execution, (iv) planning and executing information technology initiatives, and (v) the provision of analytical services that support examinations.

Mr. Koretke began his career at the SEC in 1996, and has been serving as Acting Managing Executive since October 2019.
