CFTC Chief Operating Officer to Leave Agency

CFTC Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer Jaime L. Klima will leave the agency in January 2021. According to the CFTC, Ms. Klima is departing the agency for a position in the private sector.

Ms. Klima joined the CFTC in this executive role in July 2019. During her tenure, she has served as lead advisor on legal, policy and administrative issues to Chair Heath P. Tarbert, and managed the daily operations of the agency.
