SEC Names New Associate Director in the Division of Enforcement

The SEC named Jennifer S. Leete the new Associate Director in the Division of Enforcement. Ms. Leete will succeed Antonia Chion, who retired in February 2020.

Ms. Leete first joined the Enforcement Division as a staff attorney before becoming a Branch Chief and then Assistant Director. Prior to joining the SEC, Ms. Leete was an associate at Baker & Botts LLP and clerked for the Honorable Lawrence F. Rodowsky of the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
