To assist individuals in working from home, US Regulatory Intelligence is making a fully searchable, cross-referenced and hyperlinked version of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act ("CARES Act") free to clients and friends. In connection with the CARES Act, US Regulatory Intelligence also uploaded the Small Business Act (15 USC 14A - Aid to Small Business) and Small Business Investment Act of 1958 (15 USC 14B - Small Business Investment Program).

What is the CARES Act?

As described more fully in a memo, the CARES Act is aimed at reducing the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and authorizes $2.1 trillion in aid to various sectors of the economy.
