In connection with the CARES Act, US Regulatory Intelligence also uploaded the Small Business Act (15 USC 14A - Aid to Small Business) and Small Business Investment Act of 1958 (15 USC 14B - Small Business Investment Program).

What is the CARES Act?

As described more fully in a memo, the CARES Act is aimed at reducing the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and authorizes $2.1 trillion in aid to various sectors of the economy.
