OFAC Amends Venezuela General License

OFAC amended a general license authorizing certain activities involving the Government of Venezuela.

With General License No. 13E, OFAC extended the expiration date under former General License 13D authorizing certain activities or transactions involving the Government of Venezuela entity, Nynas AB, until May 14, 2020.

The amended general license went into effect on April 3, 2020.
