SEC Names New Deputy Director of International Affairs

The SEC named Kathleen M. Hutchinson as the new Office of International Affairs ("OIA") Deputy Director.

The SEC stated that Ms. Hutchinson will advise on matters concerning international regulatory policy and cross-border enforcement.

Prior to her appointment, Ms. Hutchinson was OIA Regulatory Policy group Assistant Director.
