SEC Forms Asset Management Advisory Committee

The SEC formed an Asset Management Advisory Committee with an initial two-year term beginning on November 1, 2019. SEC Chair Jay Clayton appointed Senior Advisor to T. Rowe Price, Edward Bernard, to Chair the Advisory Committee.
