CFPB Extends Comment Period on Debt Collection Regulations

The CFPB extended until the comment period on proposed amendments to CFPB Regulation F ("Fair Debt Collection Practices") to September 18, 2019.

As previously covered, the proposed amendments would clarify certain restrictions and address predatory debt collection practices.
