NASAA Advises Market Participants on Opportunity Zone Investments

The North American Securities Administrators Association ("NASAA") advised market participants of the risks and potential tax benefits associated with investments in "opportunity zones."

NASAA said that investors should consider (i) the risk of financial loss within economically distressed areas, (ii) evolving tax laws and regulations, and (iii) possible scams.
