Senior Counsel to CFTC Chair J. Christopher Giancarlo to Leave CFTC

Senior Counsel to CFTC Chair J. Christopher Giancarlo, Ms. Maggie Sklar, will leave the CFTC this July.

Ms. Sklar advised Chair Giancarlo on matters concerning domestic-facing rulemakings and staff actions across all CFTC divisions. Prior to her position as Senior Counselor, Ms. Sklar was an Associate Director in the Office of International Affairs following her first position at the CFTC in the Division of Market Oversight.
